OUR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

ENVIRONMENT

CARBON FOOTPRINT

We conducted our first carbon footprint assessment in 2021, thus charting our path towards reducing the impact of our operations.
Our goal: to stay below 2° by 2030, in line with the Paris Agreement.

ÉCO-CONCEPTION

We have been SHOP! ECO certified since 2015, which has allowed us to structure our approach and provide comprehensive training to our teams on eco-design.
We evaluate the impact of our POSM displays using the SHOP! SKOR tool, developped in partnership with point-of-sale marketing stakeholders, to conduct life cycle-analyses.

BIODIVERSITÉ

To contribute to the preservation of biodiversity by adopting a balanced approach to the extraction of forest products, we have been using FSC® certified wood, cardboard and paper for many years.
Since 2010, our Bléré production site has been FSC® certified.

RIGHTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

RESPECT OF THE RIGHTS

Each entity within the group, as well as all our partners, adhere to the current legislation regarding human rights and working conditions in their respective countries.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We train our employees for their well-being and health.
Daily stretching sessions are also organized by our production teams at the beginning of the shift, with the aim of preventing pain or the onset of musculoskeletal disorders.
Ensuring the safety of our colleagues remains a core priority, with a commitment to continuous improvement measured through indicators related to workplace accidents.
We maintain daily vigilance and act to reduce risks.

INCLUSION

Promoting diversity is at the heart of our commitment. We create an inclusive environment through various actions in support of individuals with disabilities (such as collaboration with ESAT, participation in DUO DAY…). Furthermore, we follow the PENICAUD index to ensure the quality of our employees. The index of professional equality between women and men for the year 2023 under the 2022 data breaks down as follows:
  • Gender pay gap indicator : 37/40
  • Indicator for disparity in individual pay rase rates: 35/35
  • Indicator for the percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year following their maternity leave: no calculable (due to the absence of maternity leave returns)
  • Indicator for the number of underrepresented gender employees among the top 10 highest earners: 10/10
  • TOTAL : 82/85
  • As a result, our index stands at 96/100

RESPONSIBLE PURCHASING

REDUCING THE IMPACT OF OUR PURCHASING

Our carbon footprint is significantly impacted by our scope 3 emissions, where purchases of goods and services account for 76% of our carbon emissions. To address this issue, we have adjusted our responsible procurement policy by evaluating the entire lifecycle of our materials.

To balance aesthetics and environmental sustainability, we are taking action on two fronts: by exploring new materials internally and by collaborating with external suppliers.

THE COMMITMENT OF OUR SUPPLIERS

We stimulate our suppliers through challenges focused on creativity, innovation, social an environmental performance, as well as costs. Their expertise guides us to ensure fair sourcing in all our purchases.

We support our strategic suppliers in their transition, and we continue to advance by selecting new suppliers based on CSR criteria.
